LOCAL DELIVERY
Simply-RC ("We"/"Us"/"Our") delivers locally in Singapore FREE OF CHARGE* upon purchase of any one(1) model kit or a minimum order of SGD80.00. Otherwise, self-collection or
delivery via local Post Office services such as SingPost, SpeedPost, etc can be made during placing your order or via
enquiry@simply-rc.com to infrom us of your delivery preference. However, if you still like to have us delivers your order to
you, a transportation fees of SGD20.00 will be charged to your final bill.

We ships worldwide, the following methods of shipping are offered for your selection. Should you have request for other shipment company or methods, do let us knows
upon placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
International DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT is calculated using Length x Width x Height (cm) / 6000 = DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT.

For high value package, it is recommended to ship via FedEx, DPEX or EMS.
Please note that rates are subjected to changes without prior notice. Your order processing usually takes 1 – 3 days and subjected to a maximum of 14 days.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
We currently does not accept payment by Credit Cards. In the near future, we will accept Visa, and MasterCard credit cards payment. This facility will then be
announced through our site. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/night
time phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any
reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserves the right to cancel the order without notification. We do not accept virtual
credit card on your orders.
Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution. You must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is
resolved. We does not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases and/or return credit.
When ordering with your credit card please also has your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders
without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and shipment arrival estimations will not apply in this case.
COD ORDERS
We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service to our established customers in Singapore. COD service is not available to other destinations or via some
shippers. COD service is not available via our world wide web ordering system. We asks that someone is available to accept and pay for delivery once a delivery date
and time is confirmed. If you miss delivery and the order is returned, please let us knows why. Otherwise, COD service may not be available to you on future
orders. A deposit may be required for new or large COD orders. A deposit can be mailed in or via bank funds transfer.
PERSONAL CHECK
While we attempts to bank in personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10+ business days. To ensure
that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order, certified check or use bank fund transfer. Business checks are treated as regular
personal checks. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged SGD$30.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the
check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection and adminstrative fees.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accepts most institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities). You can either email or faxed your purchase order to us. You must
include your full contacts and particulars before we can process your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ships to all over the world. Please send payment in USD or SGD according to your mode of payment. Please do not request that we falsify invoices or
suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information. We uses FedEx, DPEX and EMS services for fast and reliable shipment. If you have request for other shipping
companies, do let us knows and we will accommodate if possible.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will
vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used,
defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used have to be revert to the manufacturer warranty (a copy of which can be obtained upon customer request
if applicable) and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back
for exchange or refund. However, this shall base on a case-by-case basis. We suggests that you contact us at enquiry@simply-rc.com before taking any action.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the
delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately at enquiry@simply-rc.com. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw
anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with us recently and need some information about it you may contact us at enquiry@simply-rc.com. Please note that since we begin processing your order
immediately after receiving it, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. We will inform you once order invoices have entered our
shipping process.
SHIPMENT
We uses FedEx, DPEX and EMS for shipping. Since we charge flat rate shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipper. Once the order has shipped, you must allow
the shipper a reasonable time frame to deliver. We reserves the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. Shippers reserve the right to request a
signature. We cannot demand a shipper to leave a package. You may contact the shipper for instructions on available options. Once the package is successfully delivered,
we will not be responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after
the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. We will not be responsible for delays
in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided.
